Return Policy

If an item arrives damaged (i.e., broken jar), simply reach out to us, and we will happily exchange your candle for a new one. Aside from damaged goods, we do not accept returns.

You may file a claim for broken or damaged items up to 48 hours upon delivery notice. In the event that a claim is not filed within 48 hours, the claim may be denied. Please be sure to send us a photo of the damaged candle.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost items.
